The Energy of the World Feels Like What it Was in 2020/2021, Only Heightened [+ Reflection Prompts]

The energy of the world in many ways feels like what it was in 2020/2021, only more heightened and distorted.

It is as if we are cycling through similar patterns, fears, and energetics — only, instead of a repeating loop, it is a spiral… bringing us deeper into what we need to see and feel that perhaps we could not see before.

It might not be about the outer world for you. It might be about what is coming up for you internally: fears, emotions, the shedding of beliefs or identities, disempowering narratives, ways you are giving your power away, and more.

An energy of change. Uncertainty about the future… paired with the excitement, or nervous anticipation, of a new chapter beginning.

Here are a few reflection questions you can ask yourself…

~What patterns or themes are coming up for you?

~What are some ways you are being called to empower yourself (perhaps in ways you couldn’t or didn’t empower yourself in the past)?

~What are some fears or wounds that are bringing you into new depths or revealing layers you were not aware of before?

~In what ways are you giving your power away? What are you giving your power away to? (For example: fears, limiting beliefs, other people, situations, and more).

~Is there something you wish you did a few years ago (that you were afraid to do) that your soul is calling you to do now?

Collectively, it feels like everything is being heightened: fear, uncertainty, division, challenges and struggles (personal and collective), reactivity, and more.

Many people’s lives feel like they are in flux, on the brink of massive change. Many are going through a dark night of the soul, a period of great challenge that is forcing them inward in ways they were never pushed before. If it’s not you personally, you might have multiple family members or friends going through health challenges, break-ups, career changes, moving house/countries, or more.

Many are ignoring the stirring within, telling them that something big is shifting in the world… going about business as usual… when in truth, everything is changing.

Everything is coming up to the surface to be seen and felt. Demanding your awareness. Demanding your full heart. Demanding you to stop numbing and disconnecting, and connect to your soul.

The same messages I shared in 2020/2021, I could share now. So many similar themes and energetics are coming up now. But we are not repeating the same lessons. We are spiraling deeper and higher...

The world is going through an unprecedented shift in consciousness.

Entire systems, beliefs, and ways of being are being uprooted.

This is creating room for something new. Something we have never seen before.
