Your Brain is Going to Start to Feel Very Different from What You're Used to

Hi everyone!

This is one of the more peculiar shifts I've been experiencing...

YOU ARE SHIFTING FROM THINKING YOUR WAY THROUGH LIFE, TO BEING IN THE MOMENT — AND THIS MEANS YOUR BRAIN IS GOING TO START FEELING VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU’RE USED TO.

I told my friend on the phone, “My brain feels different.” She had been going through something similar. “I can’t think the way I used to.”

It’s hard to explain, because it started very subtly as just a feeling that something is different. Over time, it became more pronounced. There is more quiet, more spaciousness, in my head — greater pauses between my thoughts.

Imagine your brain is like a giant knot of intertwining ropes, and all your beliefs, fears, past traumas, ideas, goals, and plans are individual knots that make up the big knot. The things you’re most identified with, or attached to, are the most complex knots, as they’re tighly wound and entangled with other knots. When you start loosening your attachment to your beliefs and fears, healing and letting go of your traumas… when you start loving yourself and trusting life, letting go of your need to control and plan… and even when you let go of the idea of needing to get somewhere, please others, or prove yourself… all these knots start loosening and unwinding.

And this creates SPACE. You are no longer your thoughts. You are no longer operating from your patterning to react or protect yourself. You are no longer identified with who you thought you were.

You have fewer fears. Fewer plans. Fewer beliefs of how it has to happen.

There is less rigidity in holding onto your thoughts and opinions. And more peace with allowing others to walk their own path and have their own thoughts and opinions.

You have visions and dreams, but you know you don’t need to figure it out. The highest plan feels like having no plan — and that is because you cannot plan anymore from your mind. When you try, it quickly exhausts you. Deep down, you know it will all come in, step by step, idea by idea, synchronicity by synchronicity, exactly when it is meant to — and not a moment sooner.

YOU ARE SHIFTING, FROM TRYING TO CONTROL AND MANIPULATE YOUR LIFE, TO RECEIVING IT MOMENT BY MOMENT.

Though ultimately this will bring you more peace and flow in life, during the transition, it can feel incredibly uncomfortable. You have never experienced your brain this way. In the past, it always ran a million miles an hour, making sure you stay on top of everything, replaying the past, anticipating the future.

Until you get used to it, this newfound spaceyness may not feel peaceful. It can feel more like a high-pitched buzz. Less thoughts, just frequency. It can feel like your brain is receiving and streaming so much energy, without the words to understand what the downloads mean. It can feel overwhelming and electrical at times, and at others, exhausting and blurry.

THIS MARKS A MONUMENTAL SHIFT, FROM OPERATING FROM YOUR BRAIN TO OPERATING FROM YOUR HIGHER MIND AND HIGHER HEART.

From thought, to inner knowing… from limitation to limitlessness… from linear to infinite.

You are making the life-changing shift into the depth and infinity of the present moment, no longer getting pulled into the past or future. And in this now, everything opens up for you. Everything becomes available to you.

If you feel uncomfortable in your physical body, know that you are adjusting to, and assimilating, ridiculously high frequencies that you are not used to.
