Create predominantly from your frequency, not from physical effort.

This is about exerting less PHYSICAL EFFORT and more standing in ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT.

How do you do this?

1: Decide and choose what you want to experience

Sometimes, even if you think you’re clear on what you want, there’s a bit of “wobble” in your frequency because you may have doubts around what is actually possible, fears around what you have to face if you actually get what you want, and more.

To access the frequency of your highest vision, you need to first get out of your head. Get into a dreaming space, where your heart feels open, and you are present. You can do this by sitting in nature, dancing to beautiful music, meditating, etc. Ask your heart, your higher self, or Source to show you what it would feel like to experience your highest vision. Let the feeling of the vision come to you, instead of trying to imagine it with your head.

2: Tell your universe, as Source, what you want

Know the power of declaring, with clarity, what you are calling in. You can be general, focusing on the feeling and frequency of your vision, or specific. The key is to not attach to a specific outcome of how it needs to look or unfold. The feeling and frequency of it is the most important.

The energy behind this is one of claiming what you want, from a place of knowing you are the creator of this reality, knowing it is already unfolding even better than you can plan. NOT from a place of lack, desperation, or need.

Remember: “This or something better.”

3: Remove all the blocks and fears standing in your way

When you claim such a big desire, you may notice fears, doubts, or unworthiness come up. Fears of failure, and even fears of success. What will happen if it actually comes true? What will happen if it doesn’t? Notice the fears running through your head. Notice any tension or tightening in your body.

Name the fears. Bring them to the light, through your awareness. Simply by observing them, they can begin to shift. Ask yourself: Is this really true? What would you prefer to feel or believe?

4: Let go and enjoy the now, knowing it is already done

If it is indeed already done (which it is, because there’s no time — your future self that is living this vision already exists)… how would you feel? How would you show up in your life now? How relaxed and surrendered would you feel? Tap into that frequency now, through your heart.

Your frequency is what collapses timelines and creates new worlds.

Your frequency is what creates the New Earth in physical form.
